Job summary

Radius is seeking a part-time People Business Partner to join our Crewe head office. You will partner with senior leaders, drive HR strategies and coach managers, while ensuring UK employment law compliance and a focus on talent development.

The role is 0.6 FTE, office-based, with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday workdays. You will influence HR initiatives across policies and employee experience while collaborating with the People Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR or related field with business partnering focus.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership on HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data translation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on performance management, remuneration and talent development.
• Lead change management initiatives with minimal disruption.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend insights.
• Develop and deliver training to enhance employee skills and leadership.
• Collaborate with HR team to improve policies and processes.
• Coach and mentor managers to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
