Radar Healthcare in the UK is seeking a commercially minded and people-focused People Business Partner to help us build a high-performing, inclusive organisation.

You'll partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession, engagement, inclusion, and people analytics, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. This is a hybrid Leeds-based role with a competitive salary and a values-led culture.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Business Partner or People Partner experience within fast-paced tech/SaaS healthcare tech
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
• Experience building relationships with leaders and influencing decision-making
• Experience supporting employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, performance management and organizational development
• Experience using HRIS systems (HiBob)

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring people strategies support growth, innovation and transformation
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, and talent forecasting
• Support growth, restructuring and integration activities as the business evolves
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
• Drive engagement initiatives informed by employee feedback, surveys and insights
• Champion values and help create an environment where people can do their best work
• Support learning and development initiatives aligned to business priorities
• Coach managers through performance conversations, goal setting and reviews
• Foster inclusion and representation across the organisation
