Job summary

Silverstone Circuits Limited is seeking a People & Culture Partner on a fixed term contract at Silverstone. You will provide hands-on HR support, act as a trusted advisor to business units, and partner with the wider P&C team to deliver a seamless HR service.

The role requires strong HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and experience handling employee relations. A proactive, collaborative mindset and adaptability to event-season demands are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in a senior HR Advisor or People Partner role.
• Strong understanding of current UK employment law.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with stakeholders, building credible relationships and solutions for people matters.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders on the employee lifecycle and performance matters.
• First point of contact for employee queries, delivering timely guidance.
• Support induction for new team members and welcoming onboarding.
• Coach leaders on performance, conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Provide people insights/analytics on payroll, training and compliance.
• Collaborate on recruitment and resourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Support rollout of People & Culture initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Ensure consistent application of People processes across units.
• Partner with P&C on broader projects to boost organisational effectiveness.
