Job summary

Spinwell Ltd is recruiting a People Business Partner for a 12-month contract within the public sector. Hybrid work with 3 days on site at West Burton. You will lead the People Plan, run cross-functional projects, and provide data-driven insights to support people strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with strong employee relations skills and UK employment-law knowledge. Experience in fast-paced environments and MS Office preferred.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience leading HR projects and organisational development in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver annual People Plan.
• Lead and collaborate on People projects and change initiatives.
• Provide intelligent HR analytics and management information.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Coach managers and address employee relations matters.
