Job summary

Distinct | B Corp in Stafford is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract to support a pivotal leadership team and navigate change across a multi-site operation.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead organisation design, culture integration and capability development, with regular travel to UK sites. This hybrid role requires a five-day week through Christmas.

Qualifications

• Proven senior HR Business Partner experience in a complex, operational or multi-site business.
• Strong organisation design and change experience.
• Ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, pace and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with new senior leaders as they establish teams and priorities.
• Support integration of leadership team and culture agenda.
• Lead and support organisation design activity.
• Help shape skills development for Mid-Senior Operational Managers.
• Translate priorities from first 40 days into practical people plans for leaders.
