MARCH is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own and harmonise the payroll function across multiple entities in the UK. You will lead end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with HMRC and pension requirements, and drive system improvements during acquisitions and growth.

• Proven experience managing payroll in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, taxation, pensions and compliance.
• Experience leading payroll integrations, acquisitions or TUPE transfers.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Great stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls and entities.
• Ensure payrolls are accurate, timely and compliant with HMRC, NMW and pension rules.
• Lead payroll harmonisation during acquisitions and integrations.
• Drive payroll systems improvements and automation.
• Provide payroll data and insights to HR, Finance and senior leadership.
