Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate/Technical Director in Pavement Asset Management to lead asset strategies for highways and related sectors. You will guide long‑term capital investment, lifecycle planning and regulatory compliance, partnering with senior clients to deliver high‑impact solutions.

With Chartered or Incorporated status and expertise in ISO 55000, you will mentor teams, manage tenders and drive data‑driven transformation across asset data systems (EAM/CMMS/DSTs) to

Qualifications

• Experience leading pavement asset management projects with a consulting background.
• Strong knowledge of pavement standards and asset management theory.
• Professional registration such as Chartered or Incorporated.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of pavement asset management frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects with lifecycle planning.
• Lead analytical staff to inform long-term capital investment programmes.
• Advise clients on asset management practices and strategies.
• Manage tenders for high-quality submissions.
• Integrate EAM/CMMS/DSTs to enhance asset performance.
• Oversee consulting projects delivering on time and budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
