Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Senior Technical Director in Asset Management to lead and shape long‑term capital investment strategies, performance improvements and regulatory compliance across infrastructure. You will guide senior client engagements, mentor consultants and drive data‑driven decisions.

The role requires extensive asset management experience, qualifications in a relevant discipline, and a track record of delivering high‑impact advisory services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in asset management and advisory services.
• Proven track record in strategy development and client leadership.
• Understanding of asset management practices across multiple sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000, lifecycle and investment planning.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic asset management frameworks across sectors.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and successful delivery of advisory commissions.
• Develop client relationships and lead tender processes for submissions.
• Integrate EAM/CMMS tools to enhance asset performance and resilience.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives across engagements.
