Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate/Technical Director in Pavement Asset Management to lead asset management strategies across highways and other sectors. You will advise clients on long-term capital investment planning, lifecycle modelling, regulatory compliance and data-driven decision-making.

You will lead teams of consultants, manage tenders and drive innovation, delivering high-impact solutions that improve asset performance and resilience, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pavement asset management planning, infrastructure consulting, and leadership.
• Experience with capital investment planning, lifecycle modelling, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Pavement standards (DMRB, MCHW, AASHTO) and digital transformation in asset management.
• Chartered or Incorporated status or equivalent professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of pavement asset management frameworks for infrastructure clients.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects across highways, aviation, and other sectors.
• Oversee tenders and high-quality submissions with a focus on value and compliance.
• Advise clients on long-term investment planning and data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor consultants and drive a high-performance, SH&W-compliant team.
• Represent WSP externally at industry events and maintain client relationships.
