Deutsche Bank AG in Birmingham is seeking a Patch Management Governance & Reporting Support to govern the end-to-end patching process, assess vulnerabilities, test and deploy patches, and track remediation timelines aligned to policy and regulatory expectations. You will enable technology teams to meet Patch Management requirements through accurate reporting, robust governance, and sustainable controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale technology programs and complex stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of risk management, control governance and IT risk reporting.
• Familiarity with IT project lifecycles (ITIL/SDLC) and vulnerability management.

Responsabilités

• Assist technology units to ensure Patch Management KPIs are met and reporting is timely and accurate.
• Establish and operate new governance procedures and sustainable patch management controls.
• Participate in audit remediation and compliance activities, including KPI development and reporting to governance bodies.
• Maintain working instruction documentation and user training materials.
