Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Birmingham seeks an experienced professional to support Patch Management governance and reporting. You will enable technology teams to meet KPIs, drive governance, and contribute to audit remediation across the patch lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Technology Owners, Engineering Leads and the CSO to ensure effective reporting, robust controls and ongoing training materials. This is a hybrid role in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale technology programs or operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk management activities including control governance duties.
• Understanding of IT project life cycles (ITIL and SDLC).
• Awareness of Vulnerability Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist technology units to achieve Patch Management KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Establish and operate governance procedures and sustainable patching processes.
• Participate in audit remediation and governance-related activities for patch management.
• Maintain working instruction documents and training materials.
