Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Birmingham seeks a Patch Management Governance & Reporting Support to enable technology teams to meet patching requirements and KPIs. You will drive governance, audit remediation, and training across the patch lifecycle.

Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with Technology Owners, Engineering Leads, and CSO to report on patching performance and ensure controls are robust and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale technology programs / operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management activities and control governance duties.
• Knowledge of IT project methodologies (ITIL and SDLC).
• Awareness of Vulnerability Management processes.
• Strong understanding of patch management and underlying IT infrastructure.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist technology units to be compliant with Patch Management KPIs.
• Work with technology units to ensure accurate, complete patch reporting is established.
• Establish and operate new governance procedures and controls.
• Contribute to sustaining patch management governance processes and capabilities.
• Participate in audit remediation and compliance activities related to patch governance.
• Maintain working instructions and training materials and update as needed.
