Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development or related roles.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with the agency's mission.
- Develop and implement strategies for engaging and onboarding new partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs.
- Represent the agency at partnership events and meetings.
- Monitor progress of partnerships and report on effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for joint fundraising and resource mobilization.
