Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Randburg area. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within automotive industry.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive market, including dealerships, fleet management, OEM operations, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the automotive industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and assess competitive landscapes to inform initiatives.
- Lead the negotiation and finalization of complex business agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, providing insights to senior management.
- Contribute to strategic planning and vision of the company.
