The Economist Group is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive its strategic partnerships globally, collaborating with the EVP of Strategic Partnerships. You will build and manage high-value corporate partnerships, researching potential partners, shaping proposals, and leading negotiations.

This role sits in a hybrid pattern with strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance and Operations, and requires an ability to engage executives while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally with subscription, media, SaaS or consumer brands.
• Strong record of closing and managing complex commercial agreements with multi-stakeholder negotiation.
• Consultative selling skills and confidence engaging mid-to-senior executives across industries.

Aufgaben

• Own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation, launch, performance management and renewal.
• Research and prioritise prospects and build a targeted outreach plan.
• Develop partnership propositions and financial models in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring deals align with brand and editorial values.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and programme delivery with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Track performance against KPIs and recommend optimisation actions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in the CRM and contribute to forecasting.
