You will be a key point of contact, responsible for developing a steady pipeline of referrals and representing the firm professionally.

The role involves outbound calls to warm contacts, explaining how Juno works, setting expectations, and assessing fit for long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with external partners.
• Ability to work toward clear targets/KPIs.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of referral opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage relationships with referral partners (estate agents, mortgage brokers).
• Make outbound calls to warm contacts and introduce them to the referral process.
• Convert suitable contacts into active referrers and grow the pipeline.
• Explain how Juno works and set expectations for work we can take on.
• Assess fit of potential partners for long-term relationships.
• Act as relationship manager with regular check-ins and responsiveness.
• Monitor referral activity and progress toward weekly/monthly targets.
