Emma Technologies LTD in London is seeking a Partnerships Lead to drive outbound partnerships with affiliates and B2B organisations, building a robust pipeline and scalable campaigns.

You will design promotions, track results, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging while expanding Emma's network in a new market.

This role requires 2+ years in partnership or sales, strong analytics, and a passion for building great teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnership/sales with a large volume of outbound activities.
• Experience opening up and maintaining relationships in a new market.
• Experience mapping key individuals within organisations for marketing.
• Experience outbounding and onboarding affiliates.
• Excellent understanding of digital data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Be the outbound face of Emma creating partnerships across affiliates and B2B organisations.
• Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with organisations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities.
• Design promotional campaigns across partners to acquire more customers.
• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
