Emma Technologies LTD. in London is seeking a Partnerships Lead to drive outbound collaboration with affiliates and B2B organisations. You will scale Emma's affiliate program and build a strong pipeline of partners.

As the lead in the employee benefits space, you will design campaigns, track performance with analytics, and ensure aligned consumer messaging with the marketing team. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday. Join a high-performance team and own the impact of your work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships/sales with high outbound volume.
• Experience opening and maintaining relationships in new markets.
• Experience mapping key individuals within organisations for marketing.
• Experience outbounding and onboarding affiliates.
• Strong understanding of digital data analytics.
• You want to be part of an amazing team.
• Interest in budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the outbound face of Emma creating partnerships across affiliates and B2B organisations.
• Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with organisations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities.
• Design promotional campaigns across partners to acquire more customers.
• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messages across channels.
