Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Partnerships Manager - Integrations, Channels and Plugins to join our Commercial team. You will own and grow relationships with integration providers, channel platforms and app marketplaces, embedding InPost into partner ecosystems and driving partner-led growth.

You’ll collaborate with commercial, technical and product teams to align on joint objectives, enable partner sales and ensure accurate representation of our services across partner touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner management, channel partnerships or B2B relationship management.
• Experience within ecommerce, logistics or last-mile delivery and understanding of merchant integrations.
• Experience developing partner enablement programmes or channel go-to-market activity.
• Experience in commercial negotiation and agreement management with technology or platform partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with key integration, channel and plugin partners.
• Build relationships across partner success, commercial, technical and product teams.
• Develop and maintain account plans with joint commercial objectives and co-marketing activity.
• Act as brand custodian across partner products and merchant-facing materials.
• Drive commercial activation of each channel with partner sales teams.
• Deliver partner enablement programmes to position InPost's proposition confidently.
• Identify upsell opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements within InPost's frameworks.
• Track volume and revenue by channel and hold partners accountable to growth targets.
• Coordinate with Product/tech to keep integrations updated and collect partner feedback.
