Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Product Strategy Manager to own and evolve our commercial product portfolio. You will define specifications, pricing logic and migration plans, partnering with Sales, CS and Onboarding to position and deliver products.

You will report to the Head of Commercial and Revenue Operations, turning market opportunities into clearly defined products and commercial frameworks for global scale and UK market relevance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial product development, product management or product strategy within B2B commercial propositions (not software product management).
• Experience in logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce or last-mile delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build pricing logic and commercial frameworks that are easy for internal teams to use.
• Demonstrable project management skills with multiple concurrent workstreams, clear milestones and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written communication, producing clear, structured specifications and commercial materials.
• Familiarity with carrier management platforms or out-of-home delivery propositions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance on commercial product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our commercial product portfolio, defining what we sell, how it’s packaged, priced and positioned across customer segments.
• Lead the development of product specifications, taking each product from concept to deployable, commercially viable proposition.
• Define the migration approach for product changes, upgrades and retirements, with structured, low-disruption transitions for clients.
• Develop and maintain commercial frameworks, pricing architecture and product documentation to a high standard.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Operations for real-world delivery.
• Lead project management of product development initiatives, tracking progress, managing dependencies and risks, and keeping senior stakeholders informed.
• Feed market intelligence and competitive insights into product strategy to keep the portfolio relevant.
