Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Product Strategy Manager to lead the architecture behind our commercial products. You’ll define, develop and deploy them, from product specifications, pricing logic and commercial frameworks to migration plans and internal readiness.

You’ll report to the Head of Commercial and Revenue Operations turning market opportunities and commercial ambitions into clearly defined products that Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding can confidently position and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial product development or strategy within B2B propositions.
• Experience in logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce or last-mile delivery.
• Ability to build pricing logic and commercial frameworks that internal teams can use.
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written communication with clear specifications and materials.
• Familiarity with carrier platforms or e-commerce integrations.
• Experience launching products with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the commercial product portfolio including packaging, pricing and positioning.
• Lead development of product specifications from concept to deployable proposition.
• Define migration approaches for product changes with low client disruption.
• Develop and maintain pricing architecture and product documentation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Lead management of product development initiatives with risk tracking.
