Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) seeks a Sr. Partner Integration Manager to own retailer integrations and guide third-party partners through API changes. You will translate technical requirements for both business and engineering teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across BD, Engineering and product management.

The role is based in London with occasional travel to meet systems partners and integrators, shaping how integrators build on Amazon and pushing for self-service in API documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Background in technical partner environments (developer relations, alliance management, solutions architecture, or integration engineering).
• Direct experience with DMS, inventory/feed systems, CRM, or digital retail/commerce platforms.
• Strong ability to read API specs, reason about data flows, and troubleshoot integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the BD team to assess retailer and platform partner systems and define integration paths.
• Map IMS/DMS/platform capabilities to APIs, surface constraints, and guide integration design decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering on API updates, deprecations, and new features before release.
• Communicate API changes clearly to integrators with advance notice.
• Serve as first-line technical support for integrators and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate API documentation ownership to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Feed real questions from integrators back into docs to push self-service.
• Build and maintain durable relationships across BD, Engineering, documentation and the integrator ecosystem.
