Job description

Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager - Integrations, Channels and Plugins to join our Commercial team! Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel. At InPost UK, we’re building an unparalleled group of talent that’s committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics. Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.

About The Role

InPost is looking for a Partnership Manager to own and grow our relationships with the platforms that bring merchants to us indirectly — third-party integration providers (such as Metapack, Scurri and nShift), returns and channel platforms (such as ZigZag), and ecommerce plugin and app marketplace partners (such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento). You'll be InPost's commercial and brand custodian across these channels: making InPost the natural first choice within every partner ecosystem, embedding our proposition into partner sales conversations and product configurations, and driving volume growth through partner-led activity rather than direct merchant acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with InPost's key integration, channel and plugin partners, acting as their primary point of contact within InPost.
  • Build trusted relationships across partner success, commercial, technical and product teams to secure wide visibility and active advocacy for InPost.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for each partner, with joint commercial objectives, engagement cadences and co-marketing activity, reviewed through MBRs and QBRs.
  • Act as InPost's brand custodian, ensuring our services are represented accurately and compellingly across partner products, documentation and merchant-facing materials.
  • Drive commercial activation of each channel, working with partner sales and success teams to get InPost actively recommended to merchants.
  • Build and deliver partner enablement programmes, equipping partner teams to position InPost's out-of-home delivery proposition with confidence.
  • Identify upsell and channel expansion opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements and co-marketing arrangements within InPost's frameworks.
  • Track and report on volume and revenue contribution by channel, holding partners accountable to agreed growth targets.
  • Work with Product and technical teams to keep integrations sound and up to date, and feed partner and merchant feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on channel contribution, partner health and growth opportunities.
What We Need From You

We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.

  • Experience in partner management, channel partnerships or B2B relationship management, owning commercial relationships with technology platforms or indirect channels.
  • Experience within ecommerce, logistics or last-mile delivery, with a solid understanding of how merchants integrate carriers into fulfilment and returns operations.
  • Experience developing and executing partner enablement programmes or channel go-to-market activity that drives indirect revenue.
  • Experience in commercial negotiation and agreement management with technology or platform partners.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across commercial, technical and product stakeholders, and confident, clear communication with varied audiences.
  • An organised, self-directed approach to managing multiple partner relationships and workstreams at once.
  • Hands-on experience with 3PI / carrier management platforms (e.g. Metapack, Scurri, nShift, Sorted) or returns platforms (e.g. ZigZag, Loop, Narvar).
  • Experience managing app marketplace listings or plugin partnerships (Shopify App Store, WooCommerce extensions, Magento Marketplace).
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations or technical partner onboarding in a commercial (non-engineering) capacity.
We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if:
  • Experience contributing to product roadmap decisions as a partner or channel stakeholder.
  • Knowledge of the OOH delivery market, locker network operations and the UK last-mile logistics landscape.
The InPost Process

We pride ourselves on our candidate experience. We want to make this as straightforward as possible, for you and for us! We will try our best to get back to you within a few days to let you know if we’d like to take you to the first stage. This normally involves a 20 minute chat with our Talent Team. If we both feel the connection, you’ll then go through another one or two stages, depending on the level of the role. At InPost, we love uniqueness. Our strength is our people. We strive to create an open, equal, inclusive environment in which everyone has the opportunity to flourish and be themselves.
