Job summary

Akkodis is partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation to recruit a Commercial Operations Manager. The role will shape commercial operations, supplier governance, contract management, and business processes in a fast-growing environment.

You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial agreements, supplier relationships, and operational controls are effectively managed while identifying opportunities to improve processes as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial operations or contracts management.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and commercial agreements.
• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts and supplier governance.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
• Establish and enhance reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, finance, and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Produce reporting and insights for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Support business change and transformation.
• Act as a key contact for commercial operations.
