Job summary

Wise Platform is seeking a Senior Partner Operations professional to manage end-to-end operational relationships with Tier 1 EMEA partners, including strategic account leadership across the UK and Germany. You will drive performance, oversee incident management, and influence product roadmaps to scale the Wise Platform.

In this role you’ll build scalable playbooks, lead quarterly business reviews, and work closely with product, engineering and servicing teams to unlock revenue and improve

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business operations and account management for Tier 1 enterprise clients in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Professional-level German proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proven experience with Tier 1 relationships with $5M+ ARR clients, including executive-level stakeholder management
• Strong technical fluency - APIs, webhooks, and payment rails
• Experience leading incident/crisis response with external clients
• Advanced data analysis skills - SQL/Looker/Lightdash or equivalent
• Demonstrated negotiation and strong presentation skills; comfortable pitching roadmap changes to senior partner stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational relationship for Tier 1 EMEA partners, acting as trusted advisor to operational and executive stakeholders
• Lead QBRs framing operational performance in context of commercial goals
• Independently drive operational success strategy and plans for owned accounts
• Identify and close operational gaps that unlock revenue; build data-backed business cases for product/servicing/engineering
• Act as incident commander for cross-regional incidents and coordinate communications
• Build frameworks and playbooks to scale products, markets, and processes
• Mentor other Partner Operations team members and contribute to scaling initiatives
• Own core Service Level and Operational Scalability metrics for portfolio; analyze data to propose ROI-backed improvements
