Wise is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead and nurture key Wise Platform partners post-launch. You will own technical health, drive API integration improvements, and partner with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure high-velocity, resilient integrations.

You’ll build credibility with senior technical stakeholders, manage multiple high-value accounts, and steer partners through migrations and platform updates. A data-driven, proactive approach will be essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering or related customer-facing tech role.
• Experience owning technical health of complex enterprise accounts over time.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, authentication, databases and integration standards.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of API-based integrations using logs and monitoring tools.
• Leading customers through API migrations, platform updates or new feature adoption.
• Ability to influence product roadmaps with credible technical stakeholders.
• Clear explanation of complex topics to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to account health, risks and improvement opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Act as the dedicated technical relationship owner for Wise Platform partners post-launch.
• Understand partner integration, architecture and technical roadmap; identify risks and opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve blockers across APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and integrations.
• Coordinate with Integration Support and Engineering on incidents and follow-through.
• Support partners adopting updates through change management processes.
• Own ongoing technical health, SLA adherence and best-practice adoption.
• Advocate for partners by surfacing feedback to influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of latest technical specs and identify new features/use cases.
• Contribute to documentation, tooling and scalable processes for partners.
