Job summary

UK Staffing Group Limited in Manchester is seeking a proactive Chief of Staff to work closely with the directors and act as a key link between senior management and the wider team. This is a newly created role designed to bring clarity, coordination and accountability across the business.

The successful candidate will own day‑to‑day priorities, challenge existing processes, drive improvements, and help develop the organisational structure as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Chief of Staff or comparable role.
• Experience working with MD/senior leadership teams.
• Broad understanding of business operations across departments.
• Proven ability to improve processes and coordinate projects.
• Exposure to recruitment, HR processes and organisational development.
• Experience with business systems, CRM and reporting.
• Strong decision‑making, initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and fulfilment. (relevant to ops)
• Support recruitment and HR processes and development.
• Own business systems, CRM and reporting improvements.
• Manage projects and strategic initiatives across departments.
• Hold teams accountable and ensure actions are implemented.
