Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Organizes complex information in a strategic and compelling way, analyzing complex data sets to facilitate insights for senior management decision-making.
• Maintains and tracks objectives and the corresponding key results, ensuring alignment to the wider Securities Services Operations strategic priorities.
• Crafts and develops organizational communication strategies for global townhalls and keynote events.
• Develops comprehensive materials for business reviews and strategic working sessions, demonstrating organizational success with metrics and updates on initiatives.
• Creates ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management, conveying key priorities and messaging.
• Drives cross-line-of-business initiatives, including AI Book of Work and broader transformation initiatives, linking to operational goals.
