As an Associate in the Securities Services Operations Business Management team within Global Finance & Business Management, you will partner with Operations leaders to support the execution of the team's strategy and business management priorities. You will blend strategic planning, coordinating delivery across stakeholders, and producing high-quality management reporting that enables leadership to monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and progress against our goals. You will play a key role in the successful delivery and management of Operations strategies and drive timely, accurate updates for senior audiences. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and enhance transparency across the organization.
