Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London is seeking an Associate in Securities Services Operations Business Management to partner with Operations leaders. You will blend strategic planning, deliver across stakeholders, and produce high‑quality management reporting for senior audiences.

You will help drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, strengthen controls, and enhance transparency across the organization, contributing to the successful delivery of Operations strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Management, COO, or Financial Management.
Strong communication skills across all levels, including senior management.
Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
Inquisitive, proactive, and able to challenge peers constructively.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Organize complex information for senior management decision-making.
Track objectives and key results aligned to strategic priorities.
Develop organizational communication for global townhalls and events.
Prepare materials for business reviews with metrics and financial updates.
Create ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.
Support AI Book of Work and transformation initiatives with strategic links to goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls.
