Job summary

Bombardier London Service Centre at Biggin Hill seeks an Operational Support Manager to lead and optimize the operational support teams, including production planning, procurement, stores, and invoicing. You will develop strategic plans for new programs, coach managers, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and deep knowledge of aviation maintenance operations, with focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational delivery and support functions in aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Management, preferably in business jet environment.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Health & Safety rules and applicable regulations in aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational support teams for Bombardier London.
• Lead development of strategic plans to support new programs and capabilities.
• Manage reports, coaching, and trainings to maintain staff qualifications and productivity.
• Approve annual department budget and monitor labor, parts, and operating expenses.
• Ensure tooling, materials, and production needs are aligned with schedule and milestones.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and resolve invoicing-related questions or disputes.
