Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate (m/f/d) to join the PEPI Procurement team in London, focusing on pre-deal diligence (buy and sell) and delivering savings. You will oversee procurement elements of buy/sell side diligence, build sourcing strategies, execute delivery and sign off savings, and contribute to business development.

A degree and 4–8 years in procurement, with sector experience, fluency in English are required; advanced data analysis and stakeholder

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited university; procurement certifications are of interest.
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience across industrials, chemicals, IT services, healthcare or CRG sectors desirable.
• Understanding of cost drivers and savings levers in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing procurement parts of buy/sell side pre‑deal diligence; summarize opportunities and levers.
• Managing post‑deal savings delivery projects: build sourcing strategies and sign off savings.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to new business development.
