Job summary

Dudley Council is transforming the way we deliver services for our residents, communities and businesses. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Income Recovery, Right to Buy and Leasehold Services within the Housing & Homelessness team.

You will provide operational leadership, shape service delivery and drive performance across income collection, RTB and leasehold functions while ensuring compliance, value for money and customer-focused outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead income recovery, driving rent collection performance, arrears prevention and effective income management across all tenancy types.
• Oversee statutory Right to Buy functions, ensuring effective controls, compliance and fraud prevention measures are in place.
• Deliver high-quality leasehold services, including service charge calculations and Section 20 consultations.
• Ensure services are compliant, customer-focused and continually improving.
