Dudley Council is recruiting a number of exceptional Strategic Operational Leads to shape the future of housing and homelessness services across the borough. The Operations Manager for Dudley Homes will oversee the allocation and letting of social housing, ensuring customer satisfaction and policy compliance, while driving service improvements.

These are senior leadership roles reporting to the Associate Director of Homelessness Strategy and Re-settlement, with flexible and hybrid working

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in housing/homelessness services.
• Experience delivering service improvements in local government.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational delivery across housing & homelessness functions.
• Oversee allocation and letting of social housing for Dudley Homes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with policy.
• Review trend data and collaborate with partners to meet housing needs.
