The Housing & Homelessness service is recruiting Operations Managers to support the delivery of several key functions.
These are exciting senior leadership opportunities for experienced and motivated professionals who can lead high-performing teams, drive service improvement and deliver excellent outcomes for our residents. The successful postholders will report to the Associate Director of Housing Management and Tenant Engagement and provide operational leadership across a range of important services.
The Operations Manager of Income, Right to Buy & Leasehold Services is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing leader to shape service delivery, drive performance and lead teams responsible for income collection, Right to Buy and leasehold services. You will provide operational leadership across income recovery, driving rent collection performance, arrears prevention and effective income management across all tenancy types.
You will also oversee statutory Right to Buy functions, ensuring effective controls, compliance and fraud prevention measures are in place, alongside the delivery of high-quality leasehold services, including service charge calculations and Section 20 consultations.
You will ensure services are compliant, customer-focused and continually improving.
You’ll be joining a council with ambitious plans for improvement and transformation, where your leadership can directly influence services that matter to thousands of residents.
