Job summary
Compass Associates is seeking an Operations Director for an established elderly care provider managing seven homes across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. You will champion care quality, governance, and digital care initiatives while working closely with the Managing Director to shape future growth and two new site mobilisations.
Ideal candidates bring multi-site leadership in elderly care, strong CQC knowledge, and a proactive, autonomous leadership style.
Qualifications
- Multi-site leadership experience in elderly care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
- Experience supporting Registered Managers and developing leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior operational leadership across seven elderly care services.
- Maintain and improve standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Support Registered Managers with safeguarding and complex care matters.
- Review performance through quality dashboards, audits and governance processes.
- Ensure regular quality and compliance visits across every service.
- Identify risks and implement improvement plans.
- Lead on digital care systems and technology-enabled care.
