Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Occupancy Planner for Europe Region on a maternity-cover basis. You will analyze campus-level space availability, headcount projections and occupancy scenarios across sites, while maintaining data accuracy across space management systems.

You will lead migration planning, stacking diagrams, and utilization studies, applying Hybrid work principles and AI insights to improve client space efficiency and reporting. Remote with London focus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years experience in facilities, space planning, occupancy management, or CAD/CAFM related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with office utilization, office design principles and hybrid work trends.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• AutoCAD and FMS proficiency desirable.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the point of contact for site and campus level space requests and planning questions as per Region specific process
• Supply key site data for housing initiatives: attendance metrics, utilization rates, space type ratio gaps, and review of meeting/huddle room locations and ratios
• Attend meetings for major renovation projects, small projects, and project moves
• Contribute to strategic planning with team members to resolve campus/building-specific forecasts and issues
• Accountable for the development of migration plans and sequencing of group-level relocations
• Participate in understanding preliminary program requirements for departments and buildings
• Accountable for the development of stacking diagrams by location, building, and floor
• Understand and apply Hybrid work and Design for Attendance principles to solutions
• Lead utilization studies using sensors, manual observations, and badge swipe data
• Present Occupancy Planning benchmarking and share industry trends
• Knowledge of JLL and Industry Occupancy Planning technologies
• Understanding of AI and how to apply it to occupancy planning processes
• Data Management and Reporting provide updates on occupancy data, housing projects and Occupancy Planning initiatives for client facing reports
• Facilitate and participate in quarterly capacity and population audits for all sites within the region
• Ensure site capacity, population, seat assignments and floorplans are accurate in FMS/SPACE reports
• Measure and report cost saving and value-added contributions
• Foster relationships with Workplace Strategy Team, HR, and external partners
