Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field and corporate experience.
• Strategic space/occupancy planning experience in a corporate real estate context.
• Advanced Excel and AutoCAD for space planning and test-fits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic team.
• Familiarity with occupancy metrics and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presenting floor plans.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain partnerships across units to coordinate occupancy planning.
• Deliver monthly reports, data audits, utilization tracking, and space updates.
• Apply analytic thinking to solve space challenges.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
• Create PowerPoint presentations consolidating data and floor plans.
• Conduct facility audits and support hybrid work planning.
• Interpret floor plans using CAFM systems and BI tools.
• Track occupancy metrics and support mobile and collaborative trends.
