Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Space Planner - Retail for a 6-month hybrid role in London (Paddington). You will backfill BAU Space Planning activities during a major transformation, manage macro space, grading, store layouts, and space optimisation.

You will analyse data, prepare reports, and coordinate across retail teams, contributing to continuous operations while SMEs focus on transformation. Proficient Excel/PowerPoint and experience with Blue Yonder/JDA, RELEX or Intactix is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail Space Planning.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using data and analysis to inform planning decisions.
• Experience with Space Planning systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational Space Planning support to maintain BAU delivery during a major transformation.
• Take ownership of Space Planning activity including macro space, grading, store layouts and space optimisation.
• Support Space Planning Managers with store planning, space performance, data maintenance and operational activity.
• Analyze commercial, store and space data to support recommendations and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain analysis, reports, trackers and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate activities across Space Planning, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and Store teams.
• Support store visits, space reviews and post-implementation reviews and capture findings.
