Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner in London to analyze campus space, headcount projections, and occupancy plans across the Europe Region. This maternity cover role focuses on data-driven space management for client portfolios, including site capacity and floorplan accuracy.

The position requires 3–6 years in facilities or CAD/CAFM, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Hybrid work practices and AI applications is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in facilities, space planning, occupancy management, or CAD/CAFM
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with office utilization, hybrid work trends
• Attention to detail and spatial creativity
• Strong data storytelling abilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• AutoCAD and FMS proficiency desirable

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for site and campus space requests and planning questions
• Provide data for housing initiatives: attendance metrics, utilization, space type gaps
• Attend meetings for renovations, projects moves
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of relocations
• Create stacking diagrams by location, building, and floor
• Apply Hybrid work and Attendance design principles to solutions
• Lead occupancy studies using sensors, observations, and badge data
• Present occupancy benchmarking and trends
• Know and apply occupancy planning tech and AI concepts
