Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across multiple categories, driving cost improvements and value for money within the NHS procurement framework.

Based at Royal South Hants Hospital with potential to work from Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, you may lead a small team and deputise for the Senior Procurement Manager as required, ensuring governance and effective contract management across the local health economy.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement background with ability to lead strategic sourcing programmes across multiple categories.
• Experience in driving cost improvements and value through procurement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior colleagues.
• Line management or team mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the procurement strategic sourcing programme for a range of categories and drive delivery of projects.
• Support the Senior Procurement Manager in achieving cost and efficiency savings through spend analysis and strategy development.
• Maintain accurate management information reporting on workplans, CIP reporting and additional projects.
• Ensure effective use of procurement systems and procedures to support efficient working practices.
• Provide expert advice on contract management and supplier relationships to maximise value.
