Aspiring Contract Manager position in Milton Keynes is focused on negotiating and managing NHS and partner contracts, ensuring governance, risk control and regulatory compliance across the diagnostic portfolio. The role involves tender support, performance monitoring and coordination with legal teams.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in complex commercial contracts, multi-supplier management, and familiarity with procurement regulations.
Competenze
- Proven experience negotiating and executing commercial contracts with NHS customers.
- Experience delivering multi-supplier managed service contracts.
- Understanding of NHS procurement processes and public procurement legislation.
- Degree or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience interpreting pricing models, SLAs and KPI mechanics.

- Lead negotiation, execution and governance of managed service contracts.
- Monitor contract performance against SLA/KPI and drive improvements.
- Support sales with tender responses and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage commercial risk across contracts.
- Maintain documentation and systems (CLMS/SAP) and coordinate with legal teams.
