Job summary

Insight Employment is recruiting a Contracts Manager to support the Sales Director in preparing and submitting customer tenders and framework agreements for critical care products supplied to the healthcare sector. Occasional office visits may be needed, with travel within an acceptable driving radius to Letchworth or Barnsley.

Qualifications

• Proven track record with NHS Supply Chain framework submissions and contract maintenance.
• Experience using NHS eProcurement portals (Find a Tender, Jaggaer One).
• Strong knowledge of carbon reduction reporting, evergreen assessments and modern slavery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, submission and maintenance of tenders and framework agreements with NHS Supply Chain.
• Coordinate responses to public-sector opportunities including Scottish/Northern Ireland procurement.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements (CE marking, MDD/MDR, ISO, UKRP, MHRA).
• Oversee Carbon Reduction Plan development and reporting; manage modern slavery statements and risk assessments.
• Maintain contract records, monitor KPIs, manage variations, extensions and renewals.
