Job summary

Sysmex UK Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager to lead negotiation, execution and governance of Managed Service Contracts across its diagnostic portfolio for the UK market. You will support tenders, performance management, and ensure regulatory compliance while mitigating commercial risks.

The role requires collaboration with legal teams, NHS customers and partner suppliers, with responsibilities spanning contract mobilisation, KPI oversight and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience negotiating and executing Commercial Contracts with NHS customers.
• Proven track record negotiating and delivering successful commercial contracts with Partner Suppliers.
• Demonstrable experience identifying, assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risk.
• Experience supporting sales/business development teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and documentation for Managed Service contracts.
• Governance and ongoing management of contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Coordinate with lawyers and customers to finalise terms and KPIs.
• Support tender responses and competitive dialogue meetings.
• Create and maintain training, installation, SOPs and regulatory documentation.
• Lead CLMS System implementation and maintenance.
• Ensure all documents meet required standards and quality.
