Job summary

Persimmon Homes in the United Kingdom is hiring a Sales Progressor to join the Sales Team. The role focuses on administering the Part Exchange Scheme and managing sales progression to support successful exchanges.

You'll liaise with Solicitors, mortgage advisers, and estate agents, maintain the CRM, and work with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams to hit completion targets and keep plot progress up to date. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of sales progression and new build reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience within the new build industry is a must.
• Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market.
• Ability to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication and administration of sales transactions, liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage Advisers to ensure exchange takes place in 42 days.
• Update and maintain the CRM to log the customer journey and enable timely management information.
• Collaborate with Construction, Commercial and Legal to meet completion targets and update plot progress.
• Complete weekly sales reports, part exchange reports, and other company reporting.
• Complete final statements and input data on COINs system and audit part exchange reports.
• Assist the Sales team in progressing sales and maintaining the sales tracker.
