Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Manager Network Services Strategy and Architecture to shape the strategic direction and governance of Network Services, Core and Infrastructure. You will align with business goals, drive integration across domains, and lead high-impact architectural decisions.

You will own vendor relationships, support pre-sales and bid governance, and collaborate across IT, Marketing and Regulatory teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions. This role is hybrid.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network strategy and architecture within telecoms.
• Deep knowledge of Core Network, Data Core, Voice Core, VAS/Messaging, Cloud and orchestration.
• Proven governance, vendor management and solution architecture capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with ability to simplify technical content.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve network services strategy and architecture aligned with business goals.
• Govern technical architecture across Voice/Data core, VAS, Wholesale and Cloud.
• Lead vendor relationship development and manage RFI/RFQ processes.
• Support complex wholesale bids with technical governance and solution development.
