Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Security Architecture to lead a team of Security Architects and drive security across platforms and products. You will shape security policy, standards and blueprints, collaborate with governance boards, and contribute to future security strategy.

Responsibilities include leading architecture delivery, threat modelling, and aligning security with large programmes. A strong background in security frameworks, DevSecOps, and cloud security is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF)
• Certifications: CCSP/CISSP/ISSAP or CCP in Security Architecture or Risk Management
• Cloud security qualifications (Azure, AWS, Google)
• Experience across DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop team of Security Architects to embed security into solutions and deliver artifacts
• Define and maintain global security policy, standards, and security blueprints
• Participate as a decision-maker on the Cyber Architecture Review Board
• Oversee security across environments and platforms; define target architectures for cyber tooling
• Own HLDs for cyber tooling and contribute security requirements to large programmes
• Develop and maintain security tooling roadmaps with stakeholders
• Conduct threat modelling and support RFIs/RFPs with security requirements
