Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery of Vodafone UK’s broadband digital channels.
• Shape and drive the technical roadmap, timelines and resources.
• Foster collaboration between engineering and business teams around outcomes.
• Build high-performing teams and nurture engineering talent.
• Blend Business Agility and DevSecOps with Vodafone’s operating model.
• Guide technical design across Buy journeys for customer impact.
• Act as the technical SME for product owners, analysts and architects.
• Support long-term commercial and technology planning.
• Drive reliability, scalability and customer satisfaction in delivery.
