Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Commercial Finance professional to manage the governance of intercompany relationships across Networks and IT, including the VSA and CKHH TSA services. You will oversee an ~£0.4bn annual contract value and align contracts with strategic business objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive value delivery, and ensure stakeholders’ outcomes while maintaining budgeting and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial finance, contract governance, and strategic planning.
• Experience negotiating high value, complex contractual arrangements and managing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intercompany governance for Networks and IT (VSA, CKHH TSA) with annual contracts around £0.4bn.
• Develop long-term commercial strategies for intercompany services with business owners and procurement, legal, and finance teams.
• Lead negotiations on intercompany agreements, service scope, changes, and dispute resolution.
• Represent VodafoneThree's commercial position at governance meetings and ensure DoA compliance.
