Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Governance Lead to oversee contract governance, performance monitoring, documentation and reporting for key partner and Network supplier contracts.

You will support Contract Managers on major projects, prepare Governance Board packs, and report on compliance using Contract Watch, while collaborating with Design, Build and Operations teams to manage obligations and risks.

Qualifications

• Experience using Contract Watch to drive improvements.
• Able to present complex topics to exec audiences.
• Ability to identify and demonstrate data-driven decisions.
• Experience with commercial contracts and relationships with suppliers/partners.
• Experience of working with data and producing reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Governance Board packs and report on compliance.
• Explain contract mechanics to stakeholders and escalate issues.
• Engage with Network Design, Build, and Operations to track obligations.
• Produce monthly reporting suite showing performance vs KPIs.
• Highlight compliance issues to Senior Managers promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with Networks and cross‑functional teams for governance support.
• Lead Governance calls and ensure actions are recorded and followed up.
• Onboard new team members and review JV and cross‑beam compliance.
